DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS DELIVERY - Free shipping within Turkey for orders of ₺2,000 and above. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is displayed at the checkout stage. - Orders are carefully packed and handed over to our contracted shipping carrier within 1–3 business days; delivery takes approximately 1–4 business days, depending on the region. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS - You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. - Items to be returned must be unused, in a resalable condition, and accompanied by the invoice. - You can initiate a return request via the order page in your account or by emailing merhaba@threesisters.com. - For approved returns, the product cost will be refunded to your original payment method within the statutory timeframe.
