DATA CONTROLLER In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by MKB Sağlık ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“ThreeSisters”), acting as the data controller, within the scope described below. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA Identity and contact information (full name, e-mail, telephone), delivery/billing address, order and purchase information, transaction details regarding the payment process (your card details are not stored by us; payment is processed via the licensed payment institution iyzico), and site usage and cookie data. 3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING Creation of orders, receipt of payments, execution of delivery and return processes, issuance of invoices, customer support and communication, fulfillment of legal obligations, and security and fraud prevention. 4. LEGAL GROUNDS Necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interests, and, where applicable, your explicit consent (KVKK Articles 5–6). 5. TRANSFER Your data may be shared with cargo/delivery companies, the payment institution (iyzico), e-invoice/accounting service providers, the hosting provider, and authorized public institutions, solely for the purposes stated above and in compliance with applicable legislation. 6. RETENTION PERIOD Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in applicable legislation (e.g., statutory periods for commercial and financial records) and for the duration required by the purpose of processing; upon the expiration of such periods, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. 7. YOUR RIGHTS (KVKK Art. 11) You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information, request correction or deletion, learn the parties to whom the data has been transferred, and exercise other rights enumerated by law.
