DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT 1. PARTIES AND SELLER INFORMATION SELLER: MKB Sağlık ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“ThreeSisters”) Address: Burhaniye Mah. 1. Ara Sk. SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER via threesisters.com.tr, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties under the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. 3. PRODUCT, PRICE, AND PAYMENT The essential characteristics of the product and the total sales price (including VAT) are specified on the order page and in the order confirmation. Payment is processed via credit/debit card through the secure infrastructure of the licensed payment service provider, iyzico; card details are not stored by the SELLER. 4. DELIVERY The product is delivered to the address provided by the BUYER via the contracted shipping company. Delivery times and shipping costs are specified on the “Delivery and Return Terms” page. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing a reason and without incurring any penalty. It is sufficient to send a withdrawal notification to merhaba@threesisters.com.tr. In the event of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, together with its invoice and all its parts. The refunded amount will be returned via the original payment method within the statutory period (14 days) following the notification of withdrawal. 6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made or personalized, nor for products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened. 7. DISPUTES For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, subject to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
